Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. **Establish and Direct Revenue Management Division:**

   - Spearhead the development and leadership of the revenue management division, strategically driving revenue growth through a balanced approach to volume and pricing strategies. 

2. **Lead Resort Reservation Functions:**

   - Assume leadership in reservation functions and strategy for the resort, ensuring effective communication with resort leadership and ownership to align with organizational objectives.

3. **Formulate Sustainable Revenue Growth Strategy:**

   - Create and implement a sustainable revenue growth and profit strategy, emphasizing market segment optimization and leveraging diverse distribution channels for maximum impact.

4. **Deploy Enterprise Revenue Management Approaches:**

   - Design and deploy advanced enterprise revenue management approaches, processes, strategies, tools, and systems inspired by best practices from the hotel and vacation rental industries, aiming to establish industry-leading capabilities.

5. **Channel Management and Inventory Loading:**

   - Develop comprehensive channel management policies and oversee initial inventory loading for a new product, ensuring efficient utilization and optimal performance.

6. **Create Analytical Reporting Metrics:**

   - Develop reporting metrics and communication systems that facilitate thorough analysis and concise summary communication of trends and issues, providing actionable insights.

7. **Collaborate on Accurate Business Forecasting:**

   - Collaborate with Resort Leadership to accurately forecast current and future business levels, contributing to effective planning and resource allocation.

8. **Primary Point of Contact for Revenue Management:**

   - Act as the primary contact for all revenue management inquiries from colleagues and ownership, offering expertise and guidance as needed.

9. **Continuous Monitoring and Analysis:**

   - Continuously monitor and analyze revenue metrics, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges in real-time.

10. **Set Accommodation Pricing and LOS Requirements:**

    - Establish and direct pricing levels and Length of Stay (LOS) requirements for resort accommodations, categorized by product type to optimize revenue.

11. **Manage OTA/3rd Party Partnerships:**

    - Oversee relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTA) and third-party partners, managing capacity, pricing, and yield. Develop strong connections with market managers to enhance collaboration.

12. **Adhere to Annual Revenue Budget:**

    - Develop and adhere to the annual revenue budget, demonstrating agility to pivot when necessary and swiftly deploy new revenue tactics in response to evolving market conditions.

13. **Leadership and People Management:**

    - Lead and manage the Reservations team, providing clear direction, coaching, counseling, recognition, and performance feedback. Be a visible leader within the operation, actively engaging with team members.

14. **Build Collaborative Relationships:**

    - Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and synergistic work environment.

15. **Stay Informed on Industry Trends:**

    - Stay up-to-date on competitors in the vacation rental and resort space for benchmarking and generating new ideas. Monitor local events to assess their impact on occupancy and adjust strategies accordingly.

16. **Additional Duties as Assigned:**

    - Perform any other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
