Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Suites Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food, beverage, and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out to provide the highest quality of guest service.

Responsibilities 

• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards, and adhere to both local laws and company regulations 
• Hold team members accountable for properly setting up their assigned areas while ensuring that all locations are ready to receive guests at gates opening  
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and service of all items while monitoring alcohol service, following all laws and guidelines for responsible service 
• Work with the team to maintain standards of order and cleanliness throughout the event and inspect locations throughout the day  
• Complete all closing tasks and verify the successful completion of team members’ closing duties  
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays 
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale system  
• Ability to complete all required training, include ServSafe Alcohol certification  
• Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a stadium, hotel, full-service restaurant, catering or similar dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand and walk for entire length of shift
