Description
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Lifeguard to join the team at our Pool!
Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 million renovation. This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).
- Classification: Full-Time
- Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
In this role, you will work as a Lifeguard overseeing our two main pools, Saguaro and Paradise Pool areas.
The ideal candidate will be a team player incredibly attentive and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. At least six (6) months experience as a Lifeguard and current lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Individual must be able to meet the required pre-requisites to be able to obtain Shallow Water Lifeguard Certification.

What will I be doing?
As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for observing guests utilizing the pool slide and performs designated rescue practices as needed to ensure guest safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations.
