What you will be doing

  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues or conflicts before they arise. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Adaptability: Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the executive's workflow and overall operations.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects or initiatives, working closely with other team members or external stakeholders as required.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Time Management: Manage priorities effectively, multitasking when necessary, and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Information Management: Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, databases, and records. Conduct research and compile information as needed for reports, presentations, or projects.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as handling expenses, managing invoices, processing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing commitments accordingly.
  • Communication Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive, including phone calls, emails, and letters. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence as necessary.
