Requirements
- 协助前厅总监管理前厅部运作，包括利润最大化，控制成本和服务质量，确保顾客满意度，同时有效的协调及领导前台和宾客关系部每日的任务分配和运作。
- 处理宾客的问题和投诉。
- 负责重要宾客的迎领工作。
- 进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。
- 解决当班期间发生的安全问题。
- 向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。
- 能有效的用英语沟通交流。
- 擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。
