Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf is looking for a hardworking housekeeper joining the fabulous Housekeeping family. Many team members have worked in the department for over a decade. They will welcome you with open arms & train you well to do a great job! A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for cleaning and maintaining attractive guest rooms and public areas in the hotel. We pay $25 per hour including full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• This position requires strong attention to detail in room cleaness.
• Must be able to work the schedule per businees needs.
• Must be able to finish the room cleaning on time -- phycial strenth is essential.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly &  service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per schedule, including AM & PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning.
