Responsibilities 

• Greet guests and assist with their needs upon arrival, including validating and processing guest vouchers and handling credit card transactions 
• Seat guests according to the seating chart and accommodate special requests 
• Assist servers by clearing tables, rolling silverware, and resetting tables after guests leave 
• Maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers, including cleaning tasks such as garbage removal and restocking supplies 
• Assist with general cleaning, bussing tables, and restocking food products to ensure smooth operations 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma, GED, or TASC preferred 
• Prior experience in a guest service environment and cash handling experience preferred 
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction 
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• ServSafe Certification required prior to starting 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift 
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
