Kids Club Shift Leader

Description

As a Kids Club Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and supervision of activities within the kids club facility. You'll be responsible for leading a team of staff members, organizing engaging activities for children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both children and parents/guardians.

What will I be doing?

As a Kids Club Shift Leader, you will be responsible for greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.

• Leadership: Lead and motivate Kids Club staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
• Activity Planning: Develop diverse activities to engage children and promote development.
• Customer Service: Greet parents/guardians, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Safety Supervision: Maintain a secure environment and supervise children during activities.
• Administrative Duties: Complete paperwork, manage inventory, and update policies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with management to ensure effective communication and adherence to guidelines.

A Kids Club Shift Leader serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
