The Opportunity 

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an Assistant Concessions Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Assistant Concessions Manager, you will support the Concessions Manager to lead and oversee the concessions operation and team members. Join us for the game day excitement and apply today.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47500 - $64100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and supervise team members and volunteer group members
  • Interview and hire new team members, training them on company goals, policies, and procedures to ensure team performance and excellent guest service
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment
  • Execute an effective cash handling system, maintain inventory, verify sales reporting, and prepare cost and operational reporting

Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years' managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions involvement, showing commitment to the experiences of both team members and guests
  • No college degree required
  • Knowledge of business accounting policy and procedure with the ability to analyze data
  • Self-motivated with innovative ideas to increase operational efficiency
  • Strong decision making, demonstrated initiative, guidance, and team building skills are essential
