Senior Marketing Analyst

Providing the team with actionable insights and data-driven recommendation based on high-level statistical analysis of existing reports and data. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels to identify trends and insights
• Explore and employ data mining techniques to uncover valuable insights from various sources, including customer demographics, online behavior, and transactional data
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, utilizing data visualizations and dashboards
• Assist in the execution and analyzation of A/B tests to optimize marketing content, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize return on investment.
• Assist in the creation and roll-out of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build relationship management tools 
• Implement predictive modeling and forecasting to support long-term marketing strategies and budget planning 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or financial analyst role using data, analytics, and insights in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access; VBA experience preferred.
• Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
