• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of owning with Enjoi Resorts.
• Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with Enjoi Resorts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
