Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager, for our Hyatt House, Columbus, OH.

The Ideal Candidate

Great leadership skills and the ability to mentor and lead teams towards outstanding results.

Proven track record in driving GSS.

Extensive experience in select service hotel operations, plus a strong background in sales, F&B catering and customer service delivery.

Able to deliver outstanding financial results, a solid understanding of P&Ls and ability to present financials to all audiences. Strong financial acumen. Experience with labor controls.

Hyatt experience preferred.

Prior GM experience required.

As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord in facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, operational deadlines, providing attention to detail in ordering of supplies and following budget guidelines, as well as networking with city officials as the “face” of this exciting hotel.
