The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Bell Attendant to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Bell Attendant, you will help with the day-to-day operations at the hotel and ensure guests have everything they need during their stay.

Responsibilities 

  • Greet and assist guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and show them to their room
  • Explain room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and the television to guests
  • Provide guests with local information, recommendations, and directions
  • Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals
  • Park and retrieve guest's vehicles when required
  • Clean lodge lobbies, restrooms, and public areas
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed

Qualifications 

  • No experience or diploma required
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight
