***This position is a hybrid role in our McLean, VA office with an in-office presence 3-4 days/week***

This is your chance to be part of the in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team supporting the Hilton Portfolio of brands. HSM is the world’s leading hospitality procurement, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain provider with $13B in purchasing power in 145 countries and territories and 17K properties served globally.  As the Brand Engagement Director, you will harness the power of HSM to bring Brand and enterprise programs to life. Reporting to Sr. Director, HSM Brand Engagement, you will help develop new brand products and packages, and use supply chain expertise to ensure completion of sourcing and procurement activities.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Oversee sourcing, testing, and implementation of brand programs
  • Ensure one voice messaging and communications to align partners
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans and deliver reports to Brand leaders, category management, and HSM partners
  • Contribute to departmental processes to ensure strategies are carried out
  • Report relevant analyses to senior leadership to support decision-making
  • Collect and disseminate data from hotels and suppliers to brand management teams
  • Evaluate supplier performance within targeted markets and performance against departmental and project-based budgets

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Cultivate partnerships between Brand, Operations, AD&C, and team members that support HSM’s ability to achieve Hilton, HSM, and Brand business objectives
  • Meet weekly / monthly with Brand and HSM Category Management partners
  • Participate in Owner Advisory Council meetings and host product showcases

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Lead assigned brand initiatives to advance company (and HSM) goals, while supporting communication plans to partners
  • Manage assignment of tasks, ensure allocation of resources, and monitor expenses throughout the fiscal year
  • Produce and maintain OS&E guides and develop New Hotel Opening Guides 
  • Support Brand launches and model room development
  • Align partners on Brand Standards updates

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of project management experience
  • Five (5) years of procurement, product, or program development experience
  • Five (5) years of stakeholder management/experience in customer-facing positions
  • Ability to travel 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree/GED
  • Five (5) years of hospitality industry experience with experience in operations or customer-facing positions
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain management
  • Global experience helpful
