The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for maintaining safe and effective flow of operations in the front and back of house. Plans, prioritize, produce and delegates daily operational and guest service requirements. The F&B Supervisor is a liaison to the Executive Chef and F&B Manager in effectively training and developing of F&B Team members in operational excellence.

Our $92 million 44,000 sq. ft. facility features 500 of the latest historical horse racing machines, including the latest games like Buffalo, Lock it Link, Ultimate Fire Link and more - all on a non-smoking gaming floor with an open-air smoking and gaming patio.
