Culinary Craftsman: Prepare and supervise food items with precision, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality, portioning, and presentation.

Kitchen Captain: Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Food Handlers Certification required. (must comply with State requirements)
- Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
