As Housemen, you will be a part of our dynamic TEAM, creating memorable guest experiences and providing exceptional guest service.  

In this role, you will set up hotel specifications and group requirements in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Issue work orders for the repair of damaged equipment or facilities. Assist in the movement of boxes or freight. Read and understand the Band's instructions. Work well with co-workers as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders and carry out the instructions given on the Banquet Event Orders
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
• Experience with moving, storage, and care of equipment and furniture
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and proper use of cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 lbs and pushing up to 250 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Hilton brand experience is a plus
