As our Sous Chef, you’ll be a key player in the heart of our operation, ensuring every plate, process, and person reflects Concord’s standards.

• Train and mentor associates on culinary techniques, recipes, and plate presentation
• Build clear, effective schedules and promote open communication
• Ensure your team has the tools they need to perform their best
• Proactively address and resolve kitchen challenges
• Participate in departmental meetings, inventory control, and MOD responsibilities
• Uphold food quality and consistency by ensuring recipes and timelines are followed
• Support operational goals that boost efficiency and profitability
• Supervise kitchen, utility, and sanitation staff in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Maintain accurate recipe files, production logs, and payroll submissions

• Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred
• Strong culinary foundation with knowledge of food prep, plating, and operations
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
