We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Bartender/Server to join our upscale bar and lounge Cache. This role blends expert bartending with attentive table service, requiring a strong floor presence and a commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences.

Pay Rate: $12.62 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional, personalized service.
  • Prepare and serve premium cocktails and beverages at the bar and to tables.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of food, bar menus, and beverage offerings.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and bar; coordinate food and beverage timing.
  • Close guest checks accurately and process cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and assist with setup and breakdown of tables, bar, and service areas.
  • Help with other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume environment preferred.
  • Ability to balance bartending and table service seamlessly.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Available to work opening & closing shifts, holidays and long shifts if necessary. Must be available to work weekends and have flexible shift availability.
  • Must be able to deal with guests in a professional manner, maintain a professional appearance and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • ServSafe and Basset certifications required.
