Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and inspire a dedicated team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain a harmonious work environment where problems are resolved swiftly and communication is clear.
2. Uphold and exceed the sanitation and safety standards, ensuring that every corner of the restaurant is as visually appealing as it is secure. Stay proactive with maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
3. Be the guardian of quality and guest satisfaction. Engage with guests directly to receive valuable feedback, ensuring that every plate served is a testament to our dedication to excellence.
4. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the restaurant is always equipped with necessary supplies from linen to condiments, all while keeping a keen eye on cost controls.
5. Ensure all team members are versed and compliant with state and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
6. Drive marketing initiatives, menu creation, and competitive analysis to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
7. Handle vendor relationships and orders, ensuring all outlets are stocked and ready to meet our guests’ needs.
8. Communicate effectively with your team, providing clear directions and fostering an environment of growth and understanding.
9. Be a reliable presence in the restaurant, adhering to established attendance and punctuality standards.
10. Develop and maintain SOPs, manage payroll edits, and schedule associates to ensure operational excellence.

Skills and Abilities Required

With a self-starting personality and an even disposition, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone who can maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, communicate effectively in English, and interact positively with guests. A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service etiquette, wines, and culinary techniques is essential. You should be able to handle the physical demands of the job, which includes standing for long periods and occasionally lifting heavy objects.
