The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fine dining outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and supporting the management team in staff supervision and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Quality
Ensure all guests receive personalized, attentive, and professional fine dining service
Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
Maintain service standards in line with brand and fine dining expectations
Monitor table setup, service flow, and ambiance throughout service hours
Operations & Floor Supervision
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor reservations, seating arrangements, and service timing
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Team Leadership & Training
Supervise and motivate service staff (waiters, hosts, runners, bartenders)
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily specials, menus, and service focus
Train staff on fine dining service etiquette, wine knowledge, and brand standards
Assist in staff scheduling and performance monitoring
Quality Control & Standards
Ensure proper handling, presentation, and service of food and beverages
Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet
Uphold grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards
Ensure correct billing procedures and POS accuracy
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Assist in inventory control, stock requisitions, and wastage monitoring
Support management with daily reports, sales summaries, and incident reports
Assist with cost control and revenue optimization initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
