Hotel Server / Bartender 🍳🍸

Location: TownePlace Suites by Marriott | Morristown, TN
Schedule: Full-time | PM / Weekend availability

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Morristown, TN is seeking a reliable, guest-focused Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality food and beverages, and loves creating great guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bar areas
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
  • Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests and bar patrons
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
  • Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed
  • Work collaboratively with hotel staff to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and proper alcohol service
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (or state-required age for alcohol service)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
