The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time ERP Principal Program Manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $121,700 – $164,300 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Establish and maintain the ERP integrated master plan with milestones, dependencies, and critical path, serving as the accountable owner for scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes 
  • Run program governance with phase gates, decision forums, communication, quality and resource planning, risk management, financial tracking, and performance reporting aligned to portfolio standards 
  • Lead Phase 0 as the internal counterpart to the consulting partner, defining and enforcing consultant scope, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria, and ensuring outputs are executable and aligned to enterprise priorities 
  • Coordinate ERP initiatives across integrations, data, and security while aligning program milestones, communications, training, and business readiness with organizational change plans 
  • Actively manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies, escalate issues promptly, and provide transparent status to executive sponsors while ensuring design decisions balance business needs, controls, sustainability, and compliance with audit and SOX requirements 
  • Oversee data migration planning for chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, open transactions, and balances, and track and forecast program financials including capital planning and vendor spend 
  • Lead ERP program management for finance and procurement towers including record to report, order to cash, and procure to pay, while coaching project managers, setting performance expectations, and building delivery discipline 

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 12 years of higher education or work experience, including a minimum of 8 years of proven project management experience 
  • Proven experience managing large-scale business or digital transformation programs within complex, cross-functional organizations and finance-intensive, hospitality environments 
  • Expertise in program and portfolio management, including governance, reporting, and performance measurement, and experience in business process improvement, change management, or operational excellence methodologies 
  • PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; CPA is a plus 
  • ERP platform experience such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or D365 
  • Experience with portfolio management tooling such as ServiceNow, Planview, and Smartsheet
