Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure the highest levels of service to our guests.

  • Assist managers in the training and development of the team
  • Ensure the work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
  • Collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies

More about you

  • No college degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role
  • Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
  • Exceptional organization and guest service abilities required

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Southland Casino Hotel, located in West Memphis, Arkansas, is a premier, full-service gaming and entertainment destination situated just 7 minutes from downtown Memphis. Following a $320 million expansion completed in 2022, the facility features a modern 20-story hotel tower and a massive 113,000-square-foot casino floor, transforming it from its original roots as a greyhound racing park into a Las Vegas-style venue. 

Casino and Gaming - Gaming Floor: The 113,000-sq.-ft. casino boasts 2,400 slot machines, 50 live table games, and a high-energy sportsbook.
Games Offered: Offerings include a wide variety of slots (ranging from penny to high-limit), blackjack, craps, roulette, and stadium gaming.
High Limit Room: Features 54 high-limit slot machines and six blackjack tables with $50+ minimum bets.
