The ideal candidate balances professionalism with warmth, ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for from arrival to farewell.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service in an upscale dining environment

• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations

• Confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, including wine, cocktails, and pairings

• Execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail

• Anticipate guest needs and respond gracefully to requests or concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room

• Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless service

• Uphold Sundrop and LUCE Hotel standards for professionalism, appearance, and hospitality

• Perform other related job duties

• Prior fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and elevated cuisine is a plus

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
