As a Safety Training Manager, you will be responsible for providing a pivotal role in safety training, internal projects planning, and managing the preventative maintenance at the property. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Southland Casino Hotel, located in West Memphis, Arkansas, is a premier, full-service gaming and entertainment destination situated just 7 minutes from downtown Memphis. Following a $320 million expansion completed in 2022, the facility features a modern 20-story hotel tower and a massive 113,000-square-foot casino floor, transforming it from its original roots as a greyhound racing park into a Las Vegas-style venue.
