What will you do?

• Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor. 
• Conduct cash escorts as required.
• Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
• Maintain crowd control as required.
• Administer medical assistance to guests and employees once certified in CPR/First-Aid/AED/BBP by the employer.
• Operate a motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.

More about you

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test.
• Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints.
• Prior law enforcement, security or military experience preferred; hospitality/customer service experience a plus.
• Pass a criminal background check and obtain a State of NH gaming license.
• Strong verbal communication, observation and report writing skills (must be able to document incidents via the use of a computer).
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate through two way radio.
• Bending, stooping, lifting and carrying occasionally.
• Vision sufficient to perform duties day or night.
• Exposure to an occasionally smoky and loud environment.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Exposure to large groups and bright/flashing lights.
