Join Our Team as a Gift Shop Attendant! 

As the Gift Shop Attendant, you’re the friendly face of our retail experience! You’ll welcome guests, help them discover unique merchandise, and make every transaction smooth and memorable. From arranging displays to assisting with payments, you’ll ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a great find. Ready to make shopping special? Step into the spotlight!

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Retail Rockstars: Greet customers, answer questions, and help them choose the perfect items. 
  • Display Dynamos: Arrange merchandise attractively and place price tags to catch every eye. 
  • Payment Pros: Accept payments, issue receipts, and help with exchanges. 
  • Product Experts: Learn about store goods so you can explain features and benefits to customers. 
  • Customer Service Champions: Demonstrate excellent communication, ethics, and teamwork. 
  • Operations Organizers: Unpack, inspect, and prepare goods for sale; maintain records and sort items for departments. 
  • Multitasking Masters: Handle demonstrations, manage time efficiently, and perceive customer needs. 
  • Safety Superstars: Follow all company policies and procedures to keep the environment safe and welcoming. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or business management preferred. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to new tasks.
