Role Summary
The Engineer on Duty (EOD) is a critical frontline responder responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of Horseshoe Bay Resort. This role requires a versatile technician who can provide professional, high-quality service to both resort guests and internal departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, capable of managing shifting priorities and making logical, decisive technical judgments in a fast-paced environment.

Documented daily maintenance activities, system readings, and equipment issues using detailed shift logs to support preventive maintenance and operational continuity.

Acted as primary engineering responder for life safety and emergency situations by monitoring fire alarm systems and addressing urgent property issues to protect guests and staff.
Performed rapid-response maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC adjustments, and mechanical system servicing.
