Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support and oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role collaborates with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments and requires a hands-on leader who can train, coach, and inspire the team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to achieve departmental goals
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable while supporting their professional development
  • Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor supplies, inventory, and departmental efficiency, implementing improvements as needed
  • Uphold property, brand, and regulatory standards in all operations

    Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills with guests, managers, and team members
  • Hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Professionalism, integrity, and pride in your work
