We are looking for a candidate with a "Yes I Can" attitude and hotel experience. Must have a can-do attitude and be able to self-motivate. This position is perfect for someone looking to begin their career in Sales and Marketing.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
- Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
- Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (i.e. LightSpeed, CI/TY, etc.) and understand the hotel's sales strategies (i.e. rates, fees, budgeted goals, etc.).
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating with them via phone and email to address questions and requests.
- Maintain office supplies and space as needed

Rate of Pay:
The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including years of experience in the job, years of experience in the required industry, education, and other relevant qualifications.
