Job Description

Hotel Talent NYC is seeking an experienced Bellperson to support the delivery of exceptional guest service and uphold our hospitality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, contributing to overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations
  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor
  • Assist with transporting, storing, and retrieving guest luggage and packages
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions and points of interest
  • Deliver parcels, mail, and special items to guest rooms promptly
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including taxis and shuttle services
  • Support guest arrivals and departures by assisting with luggage handling
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to the Front Desk and Guest Services teams
  • Ensure luggage carts are clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements

  • Prior guest service experience required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; requires reaching, handling, and clear communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel to Long Island City

Compensation

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, industry background, and education.
