Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Dining Room Attendants to join our team at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting daily food service operations. This role ensures all dining areas are properly stocked, sanitized, and set up for service, while delivering excellent customer service and assisting with meal operations.
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Prepare and maintain beverage stations, including brewing coffee and tea, monitoring levels, and restocking supplies
- Stock grab-and-go items such as milk, fruit, and other essentials
- Assist with setting up and breaking down buffet stations, including plates, utensils, cups, serving tools, and napkins
- Refill and monitor juice systems (BIBs – bag-in-box) to ensure continuous availability
- Support setup of fruit bars, salad bars, and breakfast/dinner service stations as needed
- Ensure dining areas remain clean by promptly wiping tables and booths after use
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including sneeze guards, counters, windows, doors, and dining fixtures
- Maintain POS system readiness by ensuring it is operational, stocked with receipt paper, and reporting issues to supervisors
- Monitor entry points by properly swiping students and ensuring compliance with dining policies
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, dust mopping, and mopping dining and service areas
- Remove trash and replace liners to maintain sanitation and readiness for the next shift
- Restock service stations with coffee supplies, cups, stirrers, and other necessary items
- Assist culinary supervisors and team members with additional operational needs as requested
