Delaware North Sportservice is hiring Hospitality Interns to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

Pay

$17.00 – $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

Assist with new-hire orientation and the onboarding of team members at the venue
Coordinate team member scheduling on event days and track associate attendance
Support team member check-in on event days
Perform end-of-event tasks, including the closing of stands and retail transaction reports

More about you

Must be currently pursuing a degree.
Exhibit a professional, approachable, client-service-oriented demeanor.
Passion for teamwork and focus on high-level client service.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely.

Physical requirements

Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift
Will bend, twist, crouch, push, pull, grasp items, and climb stairs throughout the shift
Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds
