The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Suites Expeditor to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for coordinating food and beverage service from the kitchen to our luxury suites. What will you do?

  • Attend pre-shift briefings to review service schedules, menu updates, VIP requests, guest notes, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate communication between front- and back-of-house teams regarding order status, menu changes, service timing, and special requests
  • Organize and prioritize order tickets to ensure suite orders are processed accurately and in the proper sequence
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, presented, and delivered accurately and on time
  • Expedite VIP and special request orders while maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparations, and allergens
  • Train team members on expeditor responsibilities, communication standards, service expectations, and ticket management procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized expo station while assisting with food preparation, plating, stocking, and opening and closing duties as needed

More about you

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • No degree or experience required

Physical requirements

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
