Description

Drive Safely. Welcome Warmly. Make Every Trip Better.

For many of our guests, their experience with our hotel begins before they ever reach the front desk.

It might start with a friendly smile at the airport, a safe ride to the hotel, help with their luggage, or a helpful recommendation about where to go while they're in town.

We're looking for a Van/Shuttle Driver who understands that this role is about much more than getting from Point A to Point B.

You're a driver, a first impression, a helpful resource, and a hospitality ambassador.

If you enjoy meeting people, staying active, driving safely, and making someone's journey a little easier, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
  • Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport terminal and other designated locations.
  • Follow all applicable traffic regulations and maintain safe driving practices.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous transportation service.
  • Greet guests warmly and sincerely upon arrival.
  • Open vehicle doors for arriving and departing guests.
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings.
  • Load and unload luggage from cars, buses, vans, and carts.
  • Maintain smooth traffic flow around the hotel entrance to ensure safe and convenient passenger and luggage loading and unloading.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles when required, using claim tickets to ensure the correct vehicle is delivered.
  • Respond quickly to guest questions and requests for assistance.
  • Provide clear directions to hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and designated pickup/drop-off locations.
  • Communicate hotel features and services to guests.
  • Listen carefully to guest and associate requests and respond promptly.
  • Work throughout the property as needed to assist guests and the Front Office team.
  • Help create a welcoming and organized arrival and departure experience.
  • Complete other job-related duties as assigned.

The role combines safe transportation with hands-on guest service, including vehicle assistance, luggage handling, directions, and maintaining an accessible hotel entrance. Van Shuttle Driver

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A safe and responsible driver who takes transportation safety seriously.
  • Friendly and approachable and enjoys interacting with guests.
  • Dependable and punctual, especially when guests are relying on you for transportation.
  • Patient and professional, even when dealing with frustrated or tired travelers.
  • A great communicator who can provide clear information and directions.
  • Observant and attentive, especially when identifying guests, luggage, claim tickets, pickup locations, and traffic conditions.
  • Physically active and comfortable loading and unloading luggage.
  • A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Adaptable and resourceful when plans change or unexpected situations arise.
  • Knowledgeable or willing to learn about the hotel, surrounding area, and local attractions.

The position requires the ability to identify airline/customer pickup and drop-off locations, read luggage tags and claim checks, load and unload luggage, and move throughout the property. An excellent driving record verified by a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is also required. Van Shuttle Driver

Why Join Our Team?

Because every trip is an opportunity to make someone's day better.

You may be the first person a guest meets after a long flight.

You may be the person who helps a family get their luggage safely into the hotel.

You may be the person who gives a first-time visitor a great recommendation.

You may be the friendly face a returning guest recognizes.

Those moments matter.

As a Van/Shuttle Driver, you'll have a direct impact on the guest experience while working alongside our Front Office and hotel teams.

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

You might be the perfect fit if you're the person who:

Greets passengers with a smile—even after a long day.

Knows that safe driving comes before everything else.

Doesn't mind helping someone with their bags.

Can give directions without making a guest feel like they're bothering you.

Stays calm when traffic or travel plans don't go as expected.

Takes pride in keeping the hotel entrance organized and welcoming.

Treats every passenger with patience and respect.

Understands that you're representing the hotel every time you get behind the wheel.

Our associates are guest-relations ambassadors, and this role is especially visible to guests. Professionalism, courtesy, respect, punctuality, adaptability, and a commitment to safety are essential. Van Shuttle Driver

More Than a Driving Job—It's Hospitality.

If you enjoy driving and enjoy people, this role gives you the best of both worlds.

You'll be moving around, meeting guests from different places, helping travelers navigate their stay, and making sure they get where they need to go safely and comfortably.

You don't just drive our guests. You help welcome them.

Ready to Hit the Road With Us?

If you're a safe, dependable driver with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people, we'd love to meet you.

Bring your driving skills. Bring your personality. Bring your hospitality.

Apply Today!

Join our team and help make every arrival, every departure, and every ride a great part of the guest experience.
