• Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  The Director of Finance oversees and manages the financial and accounting functions of the resort and its associated hotel properties. This role safeguards company assets, ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Uniform System of Accounts, and ensures the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. The Director provides financial analysis to support profit-maximization goals, manages cash flow reporting, and leads the training, supervision, and performance management of the Finance team. In addition, this position partners with property leadership and the corporate office to ensure accurate, timely reporting and operational support.

  The Security Officer must perform guest relations, protective, and enforcement functions in a heartfelt and restrained manner to maintain a safe and secure environment at the property. • Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Executive Chef is responsible for the strategic oversight of all culinary operations at The Scott Resort & Spa, and is responsible for all food preparation, quality, production and control, for all food outlets and banquet facilities. This role is a member of the Resort’s Executive Committee and is responsible for the staffing, training, development and organization of the culinary department within the Resort.

• Director of Front Office (Rooms Division)

  The Director of Front Office is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk and Bell Attendant teams, while maintaining an environment whose goal is superior guest service and satisfaction, built on the Marc & Rose Hospitality Culture: Making Space for Genuine Hospitality. This role will be fully involved in plans to maximize revenue and profits in their department while maintaining a service oriented work environment. This position will work closely with all levels of associates and management throughout the resort and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships that foster a high level of interdepartmental teamwork and communication. 

• Director of Outlets (Food & Beverage)

  Lead the exceptional F&B team at a unique and historic property in the heart of Scottsdale: Director of Outlets at The Scott Resort & Spa.

  The Director of Outlets at The Scott Resort & Spa is responsible for the overall success of all resort Food & Beverage outlets and operations. This includes The Canal Club restaurant, lobby bar, pool and in-room dining.  This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, overall customer service, purchasing, quality assurance, driving programming and revenue and maintaining cost ratios and profitability of these outlets.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

• Bell / Valet Attendant (Guest Services)

  The bell/valet attendant is responsible for representing the resort at the main entrance. They should enthusiastically greet arriving and departing guests according to resort standards. They escort guests to their suites, providing guests with a full orientation of the resort and the suite itself.
