Under general direction from the Banquet Manager and/or Banquet Captain, set-up, cleaning and maintaining banquet functions on a daily basis following the standards of service set by management. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under general direction from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager, prepares and serves cocktails and other beverages to customers or prepares for wait staff, in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Ensures customers meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
Under the direction of the Beverage Brew Master, the Beverage Brewer is responsible for the brewing process, quality control standards, day-to-day brewing production, bottling, and packaging of the soda, cleaning; and maintenance of brewing facility and all associated equipment and supplies. This position provides hands on support to the Beverage Brew Master to include recipe development and record keeping to ensure the final product is consistent with the established standards and of the highest quality. Ensures that the department operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures dictated but not limited to IHS. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Under general supervision of the Director of F & B Operations or F & B Manager, responsible for the daily supervision of all Food and Beverage outlets in the casino. Ensures that all food and beverage operations are executed to achieve established quality, service, safety and financial goals and objectives and in accordance with all applicable established laws and regulations.
Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the General Counsel (GC) serves as the chief legal advisor to Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (NNGE). The GC is responsible for directing, managing, and monitoring all legal matters and services for NNGE to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights and to ensure its operations comply with applicable law. Provides legal direction and advice to NNGE management on matters related to casino and business-related operations. Responsible for overseeing the negotiation and consummation of major vendor and commercial contracts. Provides strategic guidance, consultation, and support to senior management and the NNGE Board of Directors (BOD) on a comprehensive range of complex legal and associated issues involved in implementing the strategic mission, goals, and objectives of NNGE and all of its entities in accordance with applicable Navajo Nation, state, and federal gaming regulations.
Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and/or Executive Housekeeper, cleans rooms and public areas in the Hotel. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
