BASIC FUNCTION: The Bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and performing the duties according to Resort policies and procedures.
The Host/Cashier is responsible for greeting and seating of guests as they enter the restaurant and will make change for cash tickets.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food items.
BASIC FUNCTION: General Maintenance will assist guests with maintenance requests, identify problems and perform various maintenance tasks. They will perform routine maintenance tasks on their own after training and will assist others with more technical tasks.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Golf Course Mechanic makes major and minor repairs on a variety of gasoline and diesel powered equipment. The Golf Course Mechanic ensures that all equipment is operationally sound, properly serviced as necessary, and up to date with every safety device functioning. The Golf Course Mechanic will assist with the overall golf maintenance operation when not specifically working on maintaining equipment.
The Guest Services Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
Administers and supports the Player Services Program in the Casino.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Security Officer is responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift, to adequately protect the life and property of customers, employees and the Gaming Operation property. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Gaming Operation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Server Assistant is responsible for the clearing and setting of tables in a timely manner.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Steward will keep and maintain the kitchen as well as the equipment.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Surveillance Agent provides surveillance coverage for the entire Casino facility. The Surveillance Agent protects the assets and possesses knowledge of clandestine surveillance operations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
