BASIC FUNCTION: The Bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and performing the duties according to Resort policies and procedures.
The Host/Cashier is responsible for greeting and seating of guests as they enter the restaurant and will make change for cash tickets.
These jobs will appeal to those who like to work outdoors on a golf course or campus setting.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Resort Sales Representative is responsible for the handling of all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism. This includes answering calls throughout the entire shift, inputting reservations, cancellations and modifications as requested by callers and instructed by management. This includes answering questions relating to rates, availability, resort facilities, location, local attractions, resort outlets, services and promotions. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the company's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Server Assistant is responsible for the clearing and setting of tables in a timely manner.
BASIC FUNCTION: The Steward will keep and maintain the kitchen as well as the equipment.
