Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

VMB manages 14 resorts; we are looking for self-motivated and energetic people to join our team at one of our ocean front properties located in Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail and the desire to exceed the expectations of guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain water quality according to and above state standards
• Maintain a clean and safe pool deck area
• Maintain a washing schedule for all pool decks and deck furniture
• Ensure chemical room is up to code and stocked
• Ability to maintain a functional and organized pump room
• Maintain a logbook in accordance to DHEC standards

Required Experience:

CPO license

Lift, move and handle chemicals responsibly

Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities

Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication

Decision making and judgment focused on safety, prevention and high-quality guest experience
