Responsibilities 

• Supervises and coordinates activities of vendors and assigns duties within the vending commissary; enforces company policies and procedures.
• Oversees Gameday operations in vending commissaries and manages the off-day operations
• Manages the schedules and shift responsibilities of vendors and vending commissary workers
• Observes, evaluates, and documents job performances of cashiers and vendors.
• Aggregate and validate commission-based payments.
• Ensures quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed on vendor sheet.
• Maintains level of inventory for all vending commissaries throughout shift, orders replacement stock as necessary.
• Oversees and participates in vendor set-up and closing procedures; balances inventory to cash and closes out point-of-sale system with appropriate reports.
• Picks up the operating bank and enforces company cash handling procedures
• Investigates discrepancies in monies and inventories with supervisors and leads.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Previous scheduling and shift management required
• At least 1 year of warehouse, food and beverage commissary or related experience is required
• Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
• Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others
• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear concise instructions
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
