- 快速、积极地应对不断变化的要求和任务分配。
- 为改进酒店的运营/环境程序和设施献计献策。

- 确保客人有舒适安全的体验，员工能在安全的环境中工作。
- 以热情、友好和真诚的微笑迎接、问候和送别所有客人。
- 在泳池区没有客人时协助前台工作。
- 协助并向客人解释健身俱乐部所有设施的使用方法。
- 检查并确保视听设备得到妥善维护且处于良好状态，所有库存和用品（如毛巾和水）得到充分补充。
- 警惕并负责所有使用健身俱乐部设施（包括泳池）的客人的安全。
- 确保使用正确的安全技术在安全的环境中开展所有活动和履行工作职能。
- 监控水位和氯，向健身俱乐部经理助理报告任何问题。
- 积极向客人介绍水疗中心和健身俱乐部会员卡。
- 维护所有出现故障的设备并跟进维修工作，签发维护问题工单。
- 以机智和外交技巧有效地与内部和外部客户打交道，化解愤怒，收集和分析准确信息以解决冲突。
- 执行其他相关职责和特别项目。
- 执行管理层指示的任何其他合理任务或要求。
- 管理层保留对本职位说明进行修改的权利，恕不提前通知。

The Lifeguard performs reception duties and ensures all fitness facilities including the water level and temperature of the swimming pool are maintained in the best working and hygienic condition. He / she provides guidance to guests on the safe usage of the fitness equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Our Hotel
As part of the Forum 66 mixed-use development, the Conrad Shenyang hotel will occupy the upper 19 floors of the 67-story office tower, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the city’s skyline. Due to open in the first half of 2019, the hotel will have 315 guest rooms and suites.
