The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces in the room.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with any requests or needs.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
