Our jobs aren’t just about mixing drinks. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down, but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs. They are not just a beverage enthusiast, but also the host of the space. Their role goes beyond the bar itself to take ownership of guest service more broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly.

Hours       2 days a week    2PM-8PM     One weekend day and one weekday

Essential Functions

• Maintain clean and organize bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Clearing and cleaning bar tops.
• Issue guest check and complete payment process.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels as needed.
• Complete required side work prior to shift end.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with taking beverage inventory.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to Brand Standard.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• TIPS certified a plus.
• RBS Certification required, or gained within 90 days of employment to continue employment. We can assist with obtaining this certificate.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Handlers a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

• Work schedule may include holidays
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching with arms.
