The F&B Marketing Manager will play an important role in assisting the hotel in achieving key objectives in line with the annual Food and Beverage & Marketing plan, current initiatives and relevant marketing activities relating directly to the hotel. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and understanding of the hospitality industry . The F&B Marketing Manager role involves independently managing smaller individual projects and overseeing some of the day to day administrative duties for the hotel.
What will I be doing?As Food & Beverage Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address the hotel’s F&B business needs. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

The F&B Marketing Manager role focuses more on self development as opposed to developing team members
Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Language Requirements:Fluency in both Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including PR, written communication, website development, market research, software products, and creative services, analytics platforms, content management systems, and graphic design software.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt marketing strategies to different cultures and target groups.
Training and certifications: Any relevant certifications or training in marketing, digital marketing, or hospitality management would be advantageous
