The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of guests, team members, clients, and company assets at the property. You will lead the team of surveillance team members and ensure company and state procedures are followed.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Surveillance Manager with planning and scheduling team members
  • Train surveillance team members and continuously develop their skills
  • Observe, report, and document procedural violations and illegal activity at the property
  • Monitor all cameras and computer systems and ensure they are operational
  • Ensure that all state racing and gaming regulations are followed

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' surveillance agent, operator, or equivalent work experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
  • No college degree required

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to hear and speak to communicate on a two-way radio
  • Ability to work in an indoor, loud, and dark working environment
