The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for their next Mechanic Supervisor II to join our property operations team!  

Shift Pattern: open availability, primarily PM hours 

Rate of Pay: $24 per hour

A Mechanic Supervisor II is responsible for supervising, managing and executing maintenance requirements for the Property Operation team. This position may oversee the following disciplines to include Mechanical systems (HVAC, Chiller and Boiler Plant, Laundry, Kitchens, and Electrical), Physical Property Finishes (Paint, Woodwork, Furniture Refinishing, Wall Coverings, Framing, Drywall).

What will I be doing?

As a Mechanic Supervisor II, you would be responsible for supervising, managing and executing maintenance requirements for the Property Operation team. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Strategic planning of workload and preventative maintenance for the Property Operations team Perform tasks to ensure proper maintenance of the facility Visually inspect work completed by the team Teach and train on appropriate maintenance techniques Oversee contracting, execution and inspection of out sourced work Communicate progress, property condition concerns and personnel issues with departmental managers

• Conduct pre shifts with team as appropriate
