Position Summary:
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining outlet. Your leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service will contribute to a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the outlet team to maintain high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dining outlet, including meal service, cleanliness, and guest interactions.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and uphold our service standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless service.
- Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient communication and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in conducting pre-shift meetings to brief the staff on daily specials and important information.
- Assist in tracking and reporting outlet performance metrics.
- Handle cashier duties, including cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Support the Outlet Manager in scheduling and payroll management.
- Act as a point of contact for staff and guests, fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
