Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Non-Profit Organization Coordinator to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Responsibilities 

  • Verify NPO meets all criteria, coordinating NPOs training schedules and delivering training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training
  • Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days
  • Track and organize non-profit group contracts
  • Prepare reports for NPOs on event day, preparing all security badges and credentials necessary, preparing concessions and non-profit group productivity reports after each event
  • Assist with the commission compensation reports
  • Assisting with inputting hourly employee scheduling

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

Physical Requirements 

  • Carry stock items up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive movements for length of shift
  • Possible exposure to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season
