Our WXYZ Lounge is at the heart of our social scene, and we are currently seeking an energetic and talented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bartender.

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Bartender at the WXYZ Lounge, you will be an integral part of creating a dynamic and social atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the WXYZ Lounge.

Responsibilities:

• Mixology: Create and serve a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, ensuring an exceptional drinking experience for our guests.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their overall experience at the WXYZ Lounge.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the beverage menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the WXYZ team and hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
• Mixology Skills: Proficient in crafting a variety of cocktails with a focus on creativity and quality.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification: TIPS or other relevant alcohol service certification is a plus.
